Returns

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the goods are received (if an order arrives in several parcels — from the day the last item is received).

The right of withdrawal applies to standard products whether they are delivered from the KONDA warehouse in Latvia or directly from the manufacturer. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed for business or professional purposes.

• Fill in the online form “Withdraw from the contract” — no account is needed, and you immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with the notice number, date and time;
• or send the completed model withdrawal form or any other clear statement to info@kondabaltic.lv.
• The notice is in time if you send it before the withdrawal period ends.

• Once we receive your notice, we review the order and send you the return address without undue delay — usually the relevant manufacturer in an EU member state. If the goods come from several manufacturers, there may be several addresses.
• Send or hand over the goods, well packed, no later than 14 days after sending your notice of withdrawal.
• We recommend keeping the original packaging, but its absence is no reason to refuse the right of withdrawal.
• The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods and is liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

• We refund the amount paid for the goods, including the original standard delivery cost (if you withdraw from the whole order), no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
• We refund using the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example with a company logo, a name or a specially agreed design) (sub-paragraph 22.3 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255).

This exception does not cover goods that are damaged, misprinted or do not match the order. In that case, write to info@kondabaltic.lv with the order number and a description of the problem — such claims are handled separately from 14-day withdrawals, under section 7 of the Terms of Use.
