Delivery

Goods are delivered to the Omniva or DPD parcel locker chosen by the buyer in Latvia, if the size, weight and volume of the ordered goods allow it.

For larger orders or goods whose dimensions do not meet the parcel locker requirements, another suitable delivery method is provided.

• Delivery charge: ≈ €6.99.
• Delivery is FREE for orders from €200.00.
• Preparation of an order usually takes 2–5 working days, after which the carrier delivers the parcel to the parcel locker within 1–3 working days. For personalised goods, the preparation time is agreed individually.

Some goods are dispatched directly from the manufacturer to the delivery address given by the buyer. Such parcels are neutral for the buyer — they contain no manufacturer prices or other commercial information.

• Delivery to any address in Latvia costs ≈ €6.99; for orders from €200.00 delivery is FREE.
• Delivery time after the parcel is handed to the carrier: express 1–2 working days, standard 2–3 working days. This does not include the time needed for printing or personalisation.
• If an order contains both goods from the manufacturer, including goods with individual printing, and goods from the KONDA warehouse in Latvia, they may be delivered in separate parcels. Parcel locker delivery is available for goods dispatched from the KONDA warehouse in Latvia, if the size, weight and volume of the ordered goods and the technical limits of the chosen parcel locker allow it. If parcel locker delivery is not possible, delivery by a suitable courier service is provided.

At present we accept and deliver orders within Latvia only.
