Withdraw from the contract

Use this form to notify us electronically that you withdraw from a distance sales contract concluded at kondabaltic.lv. No account is needed and you do not have to give a reason. The notice is in time if you send it before the withdrawal period ends — including on the last day.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (sub-paragraph 22.3 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255). If such goods are damaged or do not match the order, you can still submit this form — we handle such claims separately.
